From Sella Nevea at a height of 1,142 m above sea level, follow the asphalted road that leads uphill to the Montasio plateau (4 km from Sella Nevea). At the crossroads, after passing a large car park, go straight on until you reach the Agriturismo Malga Montasio (holiday farm) at a height of 1,517 m above sea level. Retrace your steps for about one hundred metres and, at the crossroads, turn left onto the unpaved road (CAI Trail No. 624) which, passing by the Casera Pecol, leads to the crossroads with the track which leads to the Rifugio Di Brazzà shelter. Continue straight ahead along the road, which at a high altitude, passing by the Casera Parte di Mezzo at a height of 1,556 m above sea level and the Casera Larice leading to the Casera Cregnedul di Sopra at a height of 1,515 m above sea level. From here, following the road, which has several hairpin bends downhill, you will return to Sella Nevea.
