Territory, culture and gastronomy are the keywords of this event which will be held from the end of July to the beginning of August, with the aim of best representing the riches that our territory has to offer in terms of hospitality, nature and gastronomic products.

Show Tasting
From 19.00 to 24.00 at the Diga and the N. Sauro seafront: a selected group of wine and food producers offers the opportunity to taste and taste the best of their production.
Tastings & meetings
Guided wine tastings, gastronomic workshops and meetings with some great Italian and international chefs.
Taste Itineraries
Dinners in selected Grado restaurants, during which some of the best representatives of the national gastronomic scene offer the dishes of their cuisine combined with the wines of Friuli Venezia Giulia.
Welcome Grado & Enoteche
A journey into taste, in search of the history, tradition and culinary culture of Grado: menus created for the occasion in some restaurants and tastings of wines in the glass in the participating wine shops.
