From Casera Losa at a height of 1,765 m above sea level, take the road (signposted CAI Trail No. 220) that, at a high altitude and heading in an easterly direction, leads to Casera Forchia and then climbs steeply to Passo della Forcella at a height of 1,826 m above sea level, where you can look out over Val Degano. The now asphalted road descends with numerous bends down to Mione at a height of 710 m above sea level. In the centre of the village, turn left and follow the carriageway crossing Luint and which leads to a crossroads at a height of 505 m above sea level close to the Aplis hotel. Turn left, pass through Luincis and a little further on join Val Pesarina regional road No. 465. Turn right and, after crossing the bridge over the Degano river, take regional road No. 355, which you follow to the left for a few hundred metres until you reach the entrance to Comeglians. Once you have entered the village, turn right in the square and climb up a steep asphalted road to the village of Maranzanis. At the crossroads, turn right onto the asphalted road that with a couple of ups and downs, passing by the residential area in Braida, leading to Clavais at a height of 806 m above sea level. Turn left and, after crossing the village, take a picturesque, asphalted road that goes uphill to the first crossroads (890 m above sea level) where you turn right onto a forest road (the Bike 2A variant goes straight ahead). Follow the forest road uphill until, at a hairpin bend at a height of 995 m above sea level, it joins with the carriageway that from Liariis goes up to the Zoncolan, the so-called
Kaiser, one of the most demanding climbs of those tackled by the Giro d'Italia (Tour of Italy) bike race. Follow the very steep carriage road until you reach a crossroads at a height of 1,560 m above sea level. Follow the signs on the left to reach Casera Pozof (Marmoreana) at a height of 1,583 m above sea level.
